Become a stall holder

The Trashed Markets are held on the last Saturday of each month, with the plan to move to a fortnightly cycle. These are for anyone who wants to sell products or promote a service, that fall under at least one of the ‘Re’ categories. Besides the monthly market we will be hosting themed markets which you can also be a part of e.g. markets focused on fashion, art, pets etc.

Stall Holder Info

1) Dates and times

The first Trashed Market will be held on Saturday, 28th October.

The Trashed Markets are held on the last Saturday of each month between 11am and 3pm, with the plan to move to a fortnightly cycle early next year.

  • Bump-in is 9:30am to 10:30am, all vehicles off site by 10:40am
  • Bump-out is 3pm to 4pm, all vehicles and stall holders to be off site by 4pm

Please note, you will need to park your vehicle on the street after setting up. Please ensure you allow time for parking your car and walking back to the market.

Dates and times to be advised for other themed markets throughout the month e.g. markets focused on fashion, arts, pets etc.

2) Stall sizes and fees

We offer two types of stalls:

  • Small: Your space is 1.2m x 1.5m and we provide a 1.2m x 60cm booth
  • Large: Your space is 2.4m x 2.4m and you can bring your own table(s) or we can provide a table

Fees are based on stall type, with priority given to retail stalls. Please note, these fees are at a discounted rate for the first market only:

  • Info or service-based stall: Small - $40 / Large - $60
  • Retail stall: Small - $75 / Large - $95

An invoice will be emailed to you and fees will need to be paid prior to the market in order to secure a stall.

Our market hall is undercover, so the markets will go ahead regardless of weather conditions or rain. Though there is a roof, two sides of our hall are open, so technically the market is semi-outdoors. Please see photos for clarity.

3) Criteria

We will only offer stalls to those who can fulfil the following criteria:

  • Your product or service must fall under at least one of the ‘Re’ categories or another 'Re' category. If you are unsure, ask us.
  • You need to be able to explain to customers how your products and/or services are sustainable

  • The only non-vegan products that will be accepted are recycled items that have been repaired or repurposed e.g upcycled leather

Please note, if you have any questions about packaging or would like some help finding sustainable packaging let us know. We are happy to work with you in any way to help make your stall and business more sustainable.
