Damaged Item Form For Borrowers

This form is to be filled out by a Borrower if an item you have borrowed from a Lender has been damaged while in your possession. A copy of this form will be sent to both the Lender and The Village Project once you submit the form. As per the Share Economy Terms and Conditions, the Lender will be in contact with you to resolve this issue with you.
